Deliveries
All Second Life Luxury orders are shipped from France within approximately 2 working days.
Designers orders can be shipped from France or from Europe within approximately 2 working days.
Once your package has shipped, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to track and collect it.
However, delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.
Pick-up is free if you wish to collect your parcel from our showroom in Paris 10ème with the code SHOWROOM75 which will be added when confirming your order.
Delivery is free if your order is most 350€ with the code FREESHIP which will be added when confirming your order.
No promo code can be combined
The cost of delivery depends of your location.
In France the cost of delivery is 4.90 €, from the addition of a second article no additional costs will be added for each product added for this same order.
In Europe the delivery cost is 9.90 €, for the international it is 19.90 € then for each item added to this same order the delivery price will become regressive.
Please note that for orders outside the European Union you may be subject to customs duties.

Returns
Buying on approval - When shopping at NJ & Friends, we offer 14 days right to return the product/s. You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order at your own expense. Please note that we do not offer the right to return underwear, swimwear or earrings !
If you wish to exchange your product to another size, color or product, please place an new order and make an return of your other product/s.
Contact us at the following address [email protected] and simply follow the instructions on the return document which we will send to you by email. The item must be un-used and in new condition. For example, do not send caps in envelopes / bags and do not put labels directly on shoe boxes. The returned item AND the packaging must be unused as new condition. Please use other packaging. If the item has been used, you will not be refunded and if the shoe box is damaged, we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the goods or 30 EURO.
Remember to mark the shipping documents with "Product Return" and "Shipped with tracking number [your number]". Also include information on the type of product and the value of the product. For your own safety, please keep a receipt and your tracking number.
We send you an e-mail as soon as we have opened your return. If you have decided to return parts of your order or your total order without going through our return service, the time may be longer.
When the return package is received, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days Attention ! At high pressure the process of refunds can take up to 14days.
Note that NJ & Friends does not refund return costs, whether for an exchange or refund.
